Hi, I’m Anna—creator of MindMo’s Micromeditations and Micro Practices.

MindMo was born out of a personal need: finding calm during busy seasons of life, and learning how to keep going—not by pushing harder, but by weaving in moments of calm along the way. These short, accessible practices are designed for those of us who want to do a lot, but in a more sustainable, grounded way.

MindMo is also rooted in the understanding that traditional long meditations don’t work for everyone—especially if you have an anxious, restless mind. That’s where micromeditations come in. It’s not about how long you sit—it’s about how often you reset.
